We offer the following services.
Since 2017, we have developed a training program for trainers in collaboration with the Singapore Civil Service College and trained more than 200 trainers. Through this training program, participants learn about trainer ethics, teaching methods, adult learning, and the specifics of the civil service, as well as an effective training methodology. We prepare trainers who are well aware of adult learning specifics, equipped with good training methods, and who organize interesting training in a combination of theory and practical ways.
By participating our trainer specialization program
· Participants will learn the differences between training and learning,
· understand how adults learn and how to make online training interesting, interactive and be confident,
· understand the different learning styles of each learner and how to communicate with them,
· learn how to conduct energizers effectively and make them into learning moments,
· learn how to summarize and wrap-up sessions.
Moreover, the program also covers a wide range of topics, including the methodology of using modern technological advances in training and the possibilities of an online learning environment to make training interesting and effective.
Since 2017, the Human Resource Development Center of Ulaanbaatar has been developing the content of workplace skills development, soft skills development, and specialization training to meet the needs of civil servants. We develop training content that incorporates modern advanced theory and methodology based on discussions, questionnaires, and surveys that identify training needs. And the final product is produced after discussion and improvements are made to validate the developed content. Because we have identified this process of content development by analyzing the best practices of other countries, we deliver quality content that fully meets learner needs.
We, at HRDC UB, use a learning management system (LMS) for our training service to enable our learners to learn from anywhere in an online environment regardless of time and distance. The LMS makes it possible for a learner to rewatch and pause their chosen program. In addition, our partner organizations can upload their training programs to our LMS.
Every organization and its employee has a certain amount of accumulated knowledge and good practices. The purpose of the Horizontal Learning Process (HLP) is to discover, share and disseminate such good practices. In 2021, the HRDC-UB developed the manaikhoroo.mn platform to disseminate good practices of Khoroos, and published 144 good practices on the platform. This has enabled khoroo staff to learn from each other without any time and distance barriers.
We develop training content and programs that meet the workplace skills requirements of Capital city local government employees and improve the training content based on the survey results. We also organize classroom, online and on-the-job programs that improve workplace and personal skills within our developed content frame in accordance with our training program.
