The Hague Academy for Local Governance 

The HRDC UB, established under the Urban Governance Project - a jointly implemented project by the Capital city Governor’s Office and The Asia Foundation with financial support from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation,&nbsp;is aiming to introduce internationally recognized, quality, and innovative training programs.Within this framework, we are studying the experience of the best universities and research institutions in developed countries such as Singapore, the United States, the Netherlands and Australia.Therefore, we are planning to cooperate with Coursera Inc. online platform from the US, The Hague Academy for Local Governance from Netherlands, and other universities and training institutions from other countries.
